Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Window
Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Table & dining chair: Must be unassembled, in original boxes, with all parts and hardware. Assembled furniture cannot be returned unless defective. No scratches, stains, or damage.

  • Tablecloth: Must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Due to hygiene, used or washed tablecloths cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully. For missing parts, we ship replacements free.

Non-Quality Returns
You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Large items (tables, chair sets) may incur a restocking fee (15‑20%) – stated at checkout.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

  2. We provide return instructions (freight pickup for large items).

  3. Repackage securely.

  4. After inspection, new item ships within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timing
5–10 business days after we receive the return.
